Service Provision
Redondo Beach Mobile Auto Glass agrees to provide auto glass services as requested by our customers. Our services are available from Monday to Sunday, 7 am to 7:30 pm. Services requested outside of these hours may incur additional charges or may be scheduled for the next available time.
Payment
Payment for services must be made upon completion of the work unless otherwise arranged. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments. Detailed receipts will be provided for all transactions.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us to discuss a potential refund or correction of the service.
Liability
Redondo Beach Mobile Auto Glass takes great care to ensure the highest quality of service. However, we are not liable for any unforeseen damage to a vehicle occurring as a direct result of existing conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
